The foundation of Pacific Pathways is built on decades of hands-on experience, integrity, and the deep Washington roots of owners Peter and Monica Johnston. Born and raised in Lynden, Peter has spent a lifetime in the agricultural and excavation industries, building a reputation for honest, practical site solutions since founding Western Pumping & Excavating in 2003.

Today, our eleven children serve as the backbone of our operation. This family-driven approach brings a unique level of accountability and pride to every residential, agricultural, and commercial project we take on.
